Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases

Additional Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank – processing times may vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at mattjmiller264@gmail.com and send your item to: 18915 SW Blanton St, Beaverton, Oregon 97078.

Gifts

  • If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to: 18915 SW Blanton St, Beaverton, Oregon 97078.

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on your location, the time for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
